Ciao Amici!
My name is Gina and I am a Christ-follower and servant leader, whose purpose is deeply rooted in my faith. My 20s were a journey of trial, error, and overcoming external expectations to follow my own direction and spirit. I've explored various careers, including engineering, medicine, interior design, art, and real estate, but found fulfillment in being a leader and serial entrepreneur. I am most passionate about helping others find their purpose and joy in life. My work spans business development, entrepreneurship, ministry, and leadership.
My primary role is working as an associate broker, investor, and business partner in residential and commercial real estate at The Firm RE in the Greater Phoenix area. Most importantly, my passion project, Everything is Evergreen LLC (parent company to B&B), focuses on small business support, leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities. I also created Bold & Bottled in 2022, a female networking group that aims to elevate, empower, and inspire women through events, meetups, and masterminds.
When I am not working or networking, you can find me enjoying a glass of wine with family, painting in my studio, enjoying a good book, cooking from my family recipes (Italian of course), learning a new language, and traveling or adventuring with my husband, Jason!

The Dream
The idea of Bold & Bottled started when my good friend, Sam, and I were co-working at a wine bar one day in the spring of 2022. At the time, I was a part of multiple networking groups around the Phoenix Valley that were not satisfying my craving for authentic community. I felt that the relationships were forced, competitive, and lacking chemistry... therefore, inspiring me to dream of a collaborative networking opportunity for female business professionals and entrepreneurs.
One of my biggest passions that was brought to light by my girl Sam was... WINE! You could say that wine naturally inspired something wine themed (lol). With an Italian-American background of enjoying food and wine at a young age, my passion for wine was simple and infectious.
You have to be BOLD to step into an unfamiliar space and WINE just seems to help conversations flow a little easier among new (and old) friends. So the dream was born and launched with my incredible tribe of boss babes that are my dear friends and sisters. Bold & Bottled became a reality faster than I could ever imagined!
